Return & Refund Policies
1. Change of Mind
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense; a refund (excluding original shipping) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
- Please inspect upon delivery.
- Report any defects within 3 days via our contact channels.
- For confirmed defects, we’ll provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements are not returnable for safety reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection and approval.
- You will receive a confirmation once processed.
